Who would have though that our chat application at b.TWEEN 08 would be such a success. The combination of live streaming video, the audience at the event in Manchester and the online users at home or at work made for a mixture that simply worked. The SMS text messaging feature, which allowed anyone to participate via their mobile phone, was very popular and exceeded all expectations.
